These terms cover your use of this website, banggraphics.co.uk. They are not the terms of a project - those are set out in the written proposal and contract you would sign before any work starts, and that document takes precedence over this page in every respect.

Who you are dealing with

Bang! Graphics is a trading name of Andrew Luckman, a sole trader in the United Kingdom.

Using this website

Read it, quote it, screenshot it, send it to a colleague. Please do not copy pages wholesale, scrape it, or pass our work off as your own.

What is on this site

The text, artwork, photography and design of this site belong to us. Client work shown in the portfolio is published with the client's agreement and remains theirs - logos and brand marks belong to the businesses they identify, not to us, and appear here to show what we made rather than to claim any right in them.

Enquiries, quotes and prices

Nothing on this website is an offer you can accept to form a contract. Any figure given here or in conversation is an indication until you have a written quote naming a fixed price and a defined scope. Work begins after that quote is agreed in writing, not before.

Prices, timescales and what is included can change. Anything described here as typical is a description of past work rather than a promise about yours.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep everything on this site true, and plainly said. Even so, the case studies describe work done at a particular time for a particular business, and a client's own website may have changed since - sometimes by other hands. If you spot something on this site that is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will fix it.

Third-party links

This site links to other websites, including our clients' own sites, Google, and our sibling businesses Bang! Plugins and Bang! Hosting. We are not responsible for the content or practices of other sites.

Availability

We try to keep this site up and working, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. It may go down for maintenance, or because something upstream of us has.

Liability

This website is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Liability for project work is dealt with in the contract for that work, not here.

If these terms change, the new version appears on this page with an updated date at the top.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
